What is the SAT?
The SAT Reasoning Test ( formerly Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized admission test used by most colleges in the United States. It is developed by the College Board, a nonprofit organization, and administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). This three hour and forty-five minute test includes sections on mathematics, critical reading, and writing. Recently, an essay was also added to the SAT.
