wow! I'm prepping for my finals (we're on trimesters) right now and I knew about the exercise and finding out where to study but the eating and breaks were news to me. Thanks for the tips!

These are great tips. Any student who follows these will have an advantage for final exams.
I've linked to this post on my blog for college parents. It would be great if parents could encourage their students to try some of these suggestions.

These are good tips I tried to follow back when I was in school. Taking breaks and the right environment were vital for me. I found the library to be a good place to study, but only if I could find a secluded space. Near the entrance was a high traffic area and people would always go there to study and get nothing done because of all of the distractions. In the back were comfy couches and no on in site.
