It also requires me to pay 94$ for a fingerprint certificate and 100$ for membership to the World Scholars Alumni. I am not sure how to go about checking the legitimacy of the scholarship! They are out there and preying on people every day. You have to do your homework and trust your gut when dealing with a situation that doesn't feel 100% right!
