		<description>I really like number 7 - haven&#039;t seen this in many resume advice columns before, but I think it&#039;s a great way to differentiate yourself if there are tens or hundreds of other applicants for the same job.

I&#039;ve been on the hiring side of the process before, and doing 10-20 interviews a day makes it VERY hard to remember who was who...this is awesome advice.</description>
