Thanks for your question, Stephanie! This book includes a number of recipes specially made for dorm rooms that only have microwaves and refrigerators.
The dorm room recipes are designated by a symbol of a slice of bread with cheese. After quickly skimming the book, I found 35+ recipes with that symbol.

How many of the recipes in the book can be made without a stove? For the first two years I was in college, I didn't have access to a stove, only a microwave. And we weren't allowed to have anything like a hotplate or a George Foreman grill in our dorm rooms, either.
