		<description>This may seem like an unorthodox tip, but for me two things signal sleep time, and I&#039;ve been doing them for years.  One is hydration... we sweat a lot of moisture out of our skin when we sleep, so drink up before you catch some ZzZ&#039;s.  And two, I like to stretch just before bed.  It gets those stiff muscles some extra bloodflow, which will prevent achy backs or cramps at night.

We really like the series you’ve been doing!  One idea we have to add onto #4 about “winding down” before going to bed is to work on some Bible memory verses!  We have found that we memorize best at night just before we go to sleep.  Plus dwelling upon and putting God’s Word in our head just before bed is the best thing to do!  Our little brother uses a noise machine and we really like your point on being consistent…  God bless you and tell the rest of your family “hello” for us!
